Who are you and why should I listen to you?

I'm Stephen Bavister, I've been running my own consultancy for over 15 years. Over that time I've helped generate over £200 million in growth for my customers, with a number of them exiting their businesses for life changing amounts. When I looked at my own business it was worth nothing. So I dedicated my time to working out how to build a more valuable, impactful and fulfilling consultancy business.

Working on my own consultancy and customers, as well as speaking privately with hundreds more consultancy owners, I've been through a journey involving a lot of trial and error. I've learned loads and had my fair share of failures. I now know what works and what doesn't.

I can show you the traps and obstacles, so that you can avoid them and have a much smoother journey to building the consultancy you desire.

How long will it take?

You get step-by-step instructions on how to implement and configure the systems you need, based on templates I've designed to save you countless hours of your valuable time. I've designed it so that you can work through it in six hours a week over 12 to 16 weeks to systemise your lead generation and sales with the Ready-To-Buy Funnel. You can also choose to invest more time and go faster, or go slower if you need to.

On top of that you can spend time in the community, to learn from others and be held accountable to your goals.

When you have built out the systems, I have also designed frameworks that you can apply on an ongoing basis to build out additional systems in your consultancy and to continually improve what you're doing and grow your business more efficiently.

My consultancy is highly specialist, will this help me?

I've designed the systems and step-by-step instructions for all the business consultancy types I have identified. So whether you have a very tightly defined niche you are targeting or a wider audience there is specific advice and paths to follow based on your needs.

In each of the courses I'll provide guidance on which parts to apply depending on the type of consultancy you are building.

What's your refund policy?

If you join the Consultancy Growth Club and decide that it is not right for you within the first 14 days of joining and you would like a refund, please ask and we will issue the refund minus any payment processing fees.

After the initial 14 days we do not provide refunds on your membership.

For Beta customers we provide a highly discounted initial payment and then aim to make up this discounted amount through a performance bonus. The performance bonus is £6,000 and will be payable when you have generated at least 30,000 (£,$,€) within six months of making your Ready-To-Buy Funnel live. If you haven't generated at least this level of revenue within six of making the system live, there will be no performance bonus due.

Does this come with email or phone support?

We provide support via our community messaging system, email and weekly group Q&A calls. We alternate the group calls each week with one call focused on goal setting for the forthcoming sprint and presenting back the work that has been completed and the other call focused on a Q&A for what you are working through.

In addition there is community support for all of the systems and step-by-step frameworks. We can't guarantee the support level that you will have through the community as it will be dependent on the community. We also aim to provide answers to your questions where we can through the community.

Before purchasing please watch the Ready-To-Buy Playbook, then book a goal setting call with us to check that the Ready-To-Buy system is a good fit for your consultancy.

Once you have purchased, you will be issued a login to the community where you will access all of the instructions for installing, configuring and launching your systems. You can set up your profile and start working through the step-by-step instructions to implement the systems. Your initial focus will be on launching your Ready-To-Buy Funnel to systemise your lead generation and sales.
