Lead Generation System Build Guarantee - Before we start your Lead Generation System Build we'll give you a target number of good fit leads that we'll generate (typically 10 for most audience sizes). A good fit lead is the right person, in the right company with the right problem. The right problem is implied as they have been willing to provide their details in exchange for your lead generation resource. If we don't generate the agreed number of leads with the included ad spend, we'll continue to manage and optimise your advertising until the agreed number of leads are generated, you will only need to fund additional ad spend in tranches of £500. It is very rare that we don't generate the agreed number of leads within two rounds of ad spend. Please note that we are building you a system that will help you to establish Message-Market Fit and generate good fit leads on an ongoing basis. You will require further systems to progress your good fit leads, to marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, opportunities and customers.

How long does it take to generate the good fit leads?

It takes four weeks to build your lead generation system following completion of your checklist workshop.

Typically it then takes four to six weeks to generate the agreed number of leads from the point at which the advertising goes live. If your market is slow, you haven’t identified a strong enough message-market fit, or the cost per click is high in your market, it may take up to twelve weeks to generate all the agreed leads from the point at which the advertising goes live. It takes this time as the LinkedIn algorithm takes time to learn the best performance for your audience, and we have to learn how your adverts are performing in relation to message-market fit.

How quickly can I expect to start receiving leads?

You will generally start receiving leads within the first week of the campaign going live. The volume of the leads you receive will depend on the performance of your campaign.

What happens when the £500 of the allocated advertising spend budget is spent?

If your advertising campaign has generated the agreed number of good fit leads, it is then time to create your fully costed growth plan and decide whether to move to the monthly service, or if you will continue to manage the advertising yourselves.

If you have not generated the agreed number of leads, you will need to decide when to continue funding additional ad spend in blocks of £500 until the agreed number of good fit leads are generated.

Why would I not generate all of the agreed good fit leads for the initial £500 advertising spend?

If your market is slow, you haven’t identified a strong enough message-market fit, or the cost per click is high in your market, you may not generate all the agreed number of good fit leads for the initial £500 of advertising spend included in your package.

You can then choose to fund additional advertising spend in tranches of £500 if you would like to. We will manage the advertising and work with you to improve your message-market fit for no additional charge until all of the agreed number of good-fit leads have been generated for your business.

If you find that you don’t have message-market fit for your consultancy, this is an incredible time and cost-efficient way to achieve it.

How much of my time will the Lead Generation System Build require?

For most customers, the Lead Generation System Build requires the following time from their side:
